Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.


Returns (if applicable)

We accept return on products. Customers  has the right to apply for return within 15days after the receipt. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don't return the item to address on the parcel before you get return authorization. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


Refunds (if applicable)

1)We offer 15-day return policy. We accept return within 15 days return period. 
2)Customer needs to contact us for RMA Number before return. Any return without RMA Number may be rejected, refund for related order may be delayed or refused, restocking fee may be applied.
3)To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you receive it. 
4)Item must be returned in the original packaging. 
5)Customer is liable for return shipping fee and any applicable duty.
In short, to complete your return, please follow the following process:
Contact us with return reason to get an RMA#, state clear if you want a exchange or a refund----->Return your item with a return tracking number, and send the return tracking number back to us------>we process refund or exchange upon receipt of the return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@rosskiss.com
