Thank you for shopping at Rosskiss If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at service@Rosskiss.com or chat with us online. We will try our best to meet your request.
- Please contact us at service@Rosskiss.com if you decide to cancel the order.
- Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment.
- For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
- We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order already been shipped.
Returns &Exchanges Policy
- Purchase (except swimwears、underwear) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Customer needs to contact us at service@Rosskiss.com for RMA Number before return. Any return without RMA Number may be rejected.
- After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product back to us and following the instruction from our customer service. The customer is responsible for the returning parcel before arrive.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and all incurred fees.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale products and clearance products is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
- You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- If you have not receive the refund within 7 business days, please contact us at service@Rosskiss.com as soon as possible.
